Paul Ioannou brings extensive experience in the hotel and tourism industry and possesses in-depth knowledge of operational processes at all levels. Through his many years of experience in various areas of hotel management, he has developed a solid understanding of operational processes and knows how to efficiently optimize them. As Director, Paul focuses on the company's strategic development, strengthening business relationships, and ensuring a high standard of quality. His training in accounting and finance, as well as his multilingual skills in English and Greek, enable him to communicate accurately and effectively in an international environment.

Stephanie is responsible for financial oversight and ensures that the hotels are on a solid financial footing and meet all legal obligations. Her focus is on sustainable cash flow management and the implementation of professional reporting channels to measure performance. As an experienced financial expert, she brings with her extensive knowledge from her time at Steigenberger and other hotel groups. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and uses her expertise to optimize financial processes.

Jochen Swoboda

Jochen oversees hotel operations and advises operational teams on strategic decisions. With many years of experience as a successful hotel manager for brands such as Vienna House and Holiday Inn, he uses his in-depth expertise to ensure operational efficiency, develops strategies to maximize property value and works closely with owners. Before joining us, he worked as a DOO at Adlon Holding and in F&B management at the Intercontinental Hotel. Jochen has a degree in Psychology and is a certified real estate appraiser by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
